Sweetech est une startup deeptech née d’une double passion pour la biotechnologie et pour les sucres. C’est une famille de molécules sous-exploitée aux domaines d’applications pourtant pléthoriques dans les domaines de la nutraceutique, de la cosmétique ou de la pharmaceutique qui représentent déjà d’énormes marchés en forte une croissance. Pour autant, la grande majorité des structures de sucres est encore indisponible, dû à un manque de procédés de synthèse économiquement viable.
Chez Sweetech, nous avons développé une technologie plateforme brevetée de production par fermentation innovante, écologique et peu onéreuse. Cette technologie de rupture nous permet d’être les seuls à proposer à l’échelle industrielle un très grand nombre de nouveaux sucres (oligosaccharides) à fort potentiel applicatif pour la santé.
