As a proud mother of two girls, Jaden (now 12 years old) and Talia (10) I have had the pleasure of teaching my daughters to swim in the privacy of our home.
We live in the Carmel Valley neighborhood on a cul-de-sac with many young children. As the girls have grown, I have taught many of my neighbors’ kids and children's friends to swim! I have loved each and every second of this precious time. Friends and other parents would ask me why I am not doing this as a profession. Working in corporate America for many years, I enjoyed my job but always felt a yearning. I knew that there was something else out there for me. I was yet to find my passion.
I had toyed with the idea of teaching kids to swim a while ago but now that I am certified as a WSI with the American Red Cross, I feel confident that this is my true calling. My nurturing, yet structured nature lends itself to the service that I provide to you, as a learn to swim adult and to your children.
My focus is to teach your kids to be water safe and to build upon each skill and motivate them as they grow in confidence and pride in their abilities.
Your child will be taught by me in our heated pool. Each one of them will receive my undivided, personalized attention according to their individualized, unique ability and style.
