Wir fokussieren uns auf persönlichen Erfahrungsaustausch und praxisnahe Wissensvermittlung, engagieren uns auf politischer Ebene für Fragen der Corporate Governance und sind wirtschaftlich und politisch unabhängig.
Der Vorstand des SwissBoardForum setzt sich aus acht langjährig erfahrenen VR-Mitgliedern zusammen, die über sehr diverse fachliche Kompetenzen und Erfahrungshintergründe verfügen.
Mitgliedschaft
Das SwissBoardForum ist rechtlich als Verein organisiert. Sein statutarisches Ziel ist die Förderung der professionellen Verwaltungsratstätigkeit. Unsere Mitglieder sind Einzelpersonen, die ein Mandat in einem Verwaltungs- oder Stiftungsrat oder in einem anderen obersten, strategischen Leitungsorgan ausüben sowie Persönlichkeiten, die sich aktiv mit Verwaltungsratsthemen befassen.
Unsere Mitglieder bezahlen pro Kalenderjahr einen Mitgliederbeitrag von CHF 500.00.

Le Comité du SwissBoardForum se compose de huit membres CA expérimentés qui disposent de compétences professionnelles et d’expériences très variées.
Affiliation au SwissBoardForum
Le SwissBoardForum a le statut juridique d’association. Son but statutaire est la promotion de la fonction d’administrateur. Nos membres sont des particuliers qui exercent un mandat dans un conseil d’administration ou de fondation ou dans un autre organe de direction suprême stratégique, ainsi que des personnalités qui s’occupent activement de la thématique du conseil d’administration.
Nos membres payent une cotisation annuelle de 500 francs.
