Hoe werken wij
Bij SWOA kijken we goed naar wat iemand nodig heeft. We passen ons aanbod aan op de vraag uit de samenleving. We werken samen met netwerkpartners en wijkinitiatieven. En natuurlijk met onze vele vrijwilligers, die met veel meer zijn dan onze betaalde krachten. Zo ondersteunen we 55-plussers in elke levensfase:
• vitale 55-plussers die actief willen blijven
• 55-plussers die ondersteuning nodig hebben om zelfstandig te blijven
We passen onze inzet aan op de persoon. En we zorgen voor contact met anderen. Zo kan iedereen blijven meedoen, op een manier die bij hem of haar past.
