Bij SWZ zorg gaan we altijd voor een dag die ertoe doet. Voor cliënten en collega’s! Bij ons mag iedereen zichzelf zijn. In Oost-Brabant beschikken wij over diverse activiteitencentra en (kleinschalige) woonvormen. We bieden begeleid wonen, thuisondersteuning, arbeidsondersteuning, onderzoek en behandeling. We werken daarbij nauw samen met de cliënt, zijn naasten, huisartsen, ziekenhuizen, het speciaal onderwijs, revalidatiecentra en diverse re-integratiebureaus.
