tWork launched its first feature 'project-oriented professional profile' in July, 2022.
It solves a problem freelancers suffer from: "Linkedin profile does not provide an optimal format for freelancers." (Freelancers work project-by-project, but Linkedin profile is strictly career-title-oriented.)
With tWork, freelancers (or any workers willing to include detail project information in their Linked profile) can organize project information on tWork and add a link to their tWork profile page in their Linkedin profile.
tWork is preparing to launch other useful features for all types of workers including 1. searching for others' projects similar to one's ongoing project, 2. interacting with others who have been working on similar projects, and etc.

Although work-hours take half of the time we're awake, there is no psychologically safe online environment to talk about it. People feel psychologically much safer when they post about their private-life on Instagram than they post about their work on Linkedin.
