Taf’s objective is to communicate the new coffee culture and to transfer the knowledge for high quality coffee. In all the initial stages of the coffee chain there is transparency, from the research done to find exceptional coffees, the direct relationship built with the producers, till the quality control at the plantations, the processing and the storage of the green bean.

Ιn taf’s SCA certified lab the first samples are tested. For each sample we organize cuppings, to understand and complete the desired coffee profile.
To ensure quality and spread our philosophy, taf organizes seminars of several levels in our SCA Premier Training Campus, addressed to business customers’ staff and also to consumers.
