The Advisory Group (TAG Advisory) was established in 2022 to provide specialist project advisory services, predominantly servicing the Infrastructure sector.
Located in Perth, Western Australia, TAG Advisory was founded by Alistair Aitken with one sole objective, to be a trusted advisor. This will be achieved through the delivery of accurate, impartial and independent project advice, with no exceptions.
Alistair is an accomplished Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years' experience of providing cost estimation and quantity surveying services across countless projects and sectors throughout Australia and the UK, with the unique benefit of being able to view and solve problems through the lens of a Client or a Contractor.
Since 2011, Alistair has had significant experience of the Australian construction industry and has worked on projects both within Western Australia, and throughout the other states.
Alistair has considerable experience in the planning and delivery of projects using a number of procurement delivery approaches including but not limited to Alliancing, Construct Only, Design and Construct, Design Only, Early Contractor Involvement and Public Private Partnerships.
