How do we do it? Some recruiters start with requirements and some recruiters start with job ads. But we start with engaging the talents you want to hire as the first step.
Our method is, we invite you for a 2 hour hands-on recruitment session together with us. We design and guide you through a recruitment process that is tailored to your needs. Within the first 2 hours the goal is to identify and engage with the talent you will potentially hire.
About the founders:
Raman Ramalingam - Co-founder of Tagro. He started his career as a software engineer but for the past 8 years, he has been working as a head of people & talent in a few large Swedish startup ecosystems like Sting and Norrsken. He also collaborates with several VCs in Stockholm to support their portfolio companies within recruitment, people operations and organizational restructuring.
Andreas Persson - Co-founder of Tagro, international recruiter and talent manager, passionate jazz musician. With fifteen years of TA and TM experience from companies such as Google, LinkedIn and Netlight, Andreas divides his time between Tagro, freelancing and doing jazz gigs across Sweden.
