MVP / POC Development; Resource engineering capability to rapidly develop MVP or POC, this would typically include Architect / Technical Lead, the required number of Software Engineers to deliver to desired timeline/budget, QA / Test Automation Engineers, Data Scientist, Sys Ops Engineer and Project Management.
Processes & Practices; Define and implement best practice processes and supporting infrastructure to ensure quality and predictability of delivery is baked-in to technical delivery out of the gate. This ensures an efficient fast start for product development and a solid foundation for the future engineering team.
