At Microsoft, I led Executive Talent Acquisition in APAC for a decade, hiring leaders pivotal to its cloud transformation and growth as a $3 trillion tech giant. At Barclays in London, I helped modernize UK Retail Banking during business and cultural change. Earlier at Marks & Spencer, I managed teams through growth and tough transformations.
I’ve lived this reinvention journey myself - from retail leadership to financial services recruitment, career consulting during a global financial crisis, and enabling cloud transformation in Asia.
