TalenTonen is in 2007 opgericht door Simin Sangian; zij heeft haar levensdoel en overtuiging vormgegeven in deze organisatie. Zij is geboren in Iran en woont sinds 1985 in Nederland. Met haar vechtlust, overtuiging en vertrouwen in de visie dat elk mens talenten heeft, zet zij zich in voor migranten en vluchtelingen in onze samenleving.
In de afgelopen jaren blijkt dat er steeds meer expertise nodig is om deelnemers te begeleiden. De inburgering problematiek lijkt groter dan ooit. Vandaar dat er door TalenTonen meer wordt geïnvesteerd in kwaliteit. Veel mensen hebben met hulp en begeleiding van TalenTonen een plekje in de Nederlandse samenleving veroverd.
