TanDev’s ultimate goal is to function as an asynchronous, full scale web development agency for companies who are looking for solutions to their back-end, front-end, or project manager roles. The model allows TanDev to operate while providing a quick feedback response system that ensures contracts are fulfilled as painlessly and holistically as possible. TanDev’s efficient skill-placement model charges what a company would hypothetically charge for contracting a singular person; but instead of an individual, you are equipped with a team.
