Jill Blum, Owner and CEO of Target Talent has spent over 25 years within recruiting. Jill started in the IT area sourcing Unix programmers then recruited network engineers that built some of the first LAN/WAN systems within Banking and Big Pharma.
Jill has been recruiting talent for the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical industry since 2002.
Her reputation is one of follow through, relationship building, and finding the very best fit for both client and candidate. This ethic of transparent partnership has resulted in success. Hundreds of clients and candidates have worked with Jill throughout their career. The longevity of these relationships ensures a level of communication and trust that is rare within recruiting.
