Training helps clients with ADHD stay focused on their goals, tackle obstacles, address basic ADHD-related issues such as time management, organization, and self-esteem, gain clarity, and perform tasks more efficiently. The client is seen by the ADHD coach as capable and possessing many resources and character strengths, and therefore, with increased self-awareness, a being fully capable of discovering their response.
