Julia & Janie’s experience extends to world class global organisations such as World Athletics who are completely committed to creating a diverse work force. They have demonstrated this by working with TEAM You to roll out a gender leadership programme, complete with mentor support and ongoing individual development.

As well as our instinctive leadership and organisational structural change management, we design and deliver bespoke social impact programmes to:
• Promote ‘sport for development’ linking Sport / Education / Employability / Tourism
• Create specific sport and education programmes to meet the needs of the local social and economic environment.
• Address socio and/or cultural inequalities within ‘hard to reach’ demographics.
• Influence mindset change for children and young people to make positive life choices.
• Collaborate locally to develop programmes which support youth employment, disengagement and empowerment by developing digital, media literacy, and sport related skills, promoting critical thinking through specific workshops and vocational qualification
