With 25 years working as a fully qualified Toyota Pro Technician, Malcom set up TECH 2 U in 2009 on returning to Queenstown after two years working for Toyota in Canada.

“Essentially my customers are those people who want to have their own mechanic work on their vehicle which means I go to their home or workplace and do all the servicing there for them. I am a one stop shop and carry everything I need to do for the job on the spot.”
Customers range from business people, rental companies and retired folk who simply ring or email Malcom when their car needs servicing or work done. He also does ‘call outs’ to help get people moving again Visitors to Queenstown or Wanaka also call for one off servicing while on holiday.
“ I have some really happy, regular customers who like to know exactly what is happening to their vehicles. It’s quality servicing and workmanship that I stand by.”
