Tech Go Green is California Public Benefit 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation dedicated to fostering energy efficient technology and renewable practices so that our natural resources are sustained for all life on Earth. In our Sustainability Design, we can help you identify and implement greener and cleaner practices into your home or office. We serve as your energy auditors, your project managers, and your reporters so that incorporating these changes are easier for you. Tech Go Green is developing a "South Bay Green Business Certification Program" that will recognize and promote leaders in the business community who have made efforts towards a more sustainable future for all. These business leaders have voluntarily adapted environmentally friendly practices into their operational routines, thus making a difference in the community. For our workshop program, we aim to educate the community about specific topics in the green industry. Currently, we are developing workshops for college students and residents. To help businesses properly recycle their e-waste, Tech Go Green offers a FREE e-waste pick-up service to businesses in the Southern California area. Let us handle your e-waste! Tech Go Green will go to your place of business and pick-up any e-waste you have, free of charge! It's convenient, it's free, and it's good for the environment! Environmental jobs make up one of the most rapidly growing sectors of the United States economy and California has one of the highest nationwide employment rates for green jobs. There are numerous California universities that offer majors related to this industry, but they lack the demonstrativeness and specificity of on-the-job experience and are rarely tailored to the subject of sustainable design. The Tech Go Green Internship Program provides the necessary job experience to give interested individuals a significant advantage in this burgeoning job market.
