TechKnow Search was founded to solve a problem I saw time and again: the world of talent is evolving faster than traditional recruitment firms can adapt. After spending years at some of the most well-established and widely respected executive search brands globally, I realized those legacy models weren’t built for the pace, complexity, or fluidity of today’s tech-driven world.
I launched TechKnow to change that.
What makes us different? I bring a unique combination of experience in both technology recruitment and predictive analytics software sales. I started my career working closely with front-office teams in banking and insurance — the earliest adopters of data-intensive systems — and have since led searches across startups, scaleups, and large enterprises in industries ranging from healthcare, energy, mining, and manufacturing to travel, technology, and beyond. We are truly industry-agnostic, but deeply role-specific, specializing in high-impact, complex technical and leadership hires.
