Our mission: to bridge the gap between tech companies and young talent.
To attain this goal, we use a different approach than traditional recruitment agencies. Our focus lies on the generation of leads and not on the hiring process itself. More particularly, we develop awareness and engagement strategies that ultimately lead young candidates to the conversion moment, the job application. We at the same time develop tools to help hr managers to find and attract young job talent and interns.
TechNatives is the start-up of Shortcut Advertising, which has an extensive track record in recruitment campaigns for university brands on the one hand, and B2B and B2C campaigns for the Belgian technological industry on the other hand. Given our roots, it does not come as a surprise that creativity is the common thread in all our solutions.
