The Fractional Vice President of Sales will be retained for an agreed upon period of time where they will consult and review your current go to market sales strategy. Organizations that typically use this are companies looking for direction and lack senior sales leadership or have sales leadership and would like an outside perspective. This package includes the completion of a scorecard of your people; process and product including move forward recommendations. This solution includes a three year sales strategy for your organization combined with the first year operating plan to help drive success.
