Als specialist op het gebied van BIM en Revit werken we bij Tecnique aan projecten in en rondom Groningen van diverse aard en omvang.
We verzorgen het technisch- en uitvoeringsgereed ontwerp, maar coördineren ook de werkvoorbereiding en inkoop. Hierdoor vermijden we de knip tussen ontwerp en uitvoering en beperken we het verlies van kennisoverdracht. Daarnaast blijven we tot en met de oplevering betrokken als projectleider, dit maakt onze dienstverlening compleet.
BIM is het communicatiemiddel wat wij gebruiken om het informatieniveau voor alle partijen gelijk te houden. Het staat garant voor een integrale ontwerpaanpak en uitvoering waarbij faalkosten en tijdverlies tot een minimum beperkt worden.
