Tellus Zorg biedt specialistisch zorg aan kind, jeugd, volwassenen en gezin. De doelgroep bestaat vooral uit cliënten met autisme, gedragsproblematiek, ontwikkelingsproblematiek, ADHD, (licht) verstandelijke beperking, NAH etc. Het verbeteren van de zelfredzaamheid en het uitbreiden van het eigen netwerk zijn voor ons belangrijke pijlers. Tellus Zorg biedt maatwerk in begeleiding die aansluit bij de behoefte van de cliënt.
Beschermd Wonen
In een woonwijk nabij het centrum van Drachten beschikken we over een woonvorm die plaats biedt aan 8 bewoners. Aan de voorkant 3 (onzelfstandige) appartementen (zonder huursubsidie) en aan de achterkant 5 kamers met gedeeld sanitair. In het midden is een keuken met woonkamer gesitueerd. De keuken en woonkamer zijn voor alle bewoners. Hier wordt gezamenlijk gekookt en gegeten en er is 24 uur per dag een begeleider aanwezig. De begeleiding is laagdrempelig beschikbaar. Op deze locatie hebben we cliënten met WMO, PGB en WLZ.
