We've been in telecommunications and technology for almost twenty years.
Telrex opened its doors as Telephone Wreckers in 1999 and has since grown from just serving the local area to the entire country by providing great quality telephone systems at every price point. Our head office team and warehouse is based in Loganholme, just south of Brisbane, where we sell directly to suppliers and the public from our showroom. Our Melbourne Telrex office is based in Keilor Park.
Our supply network and partnerships encompass the whole of Australia, with connections in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Hobart, Darwin, Perth and Adelaide.
With over four thousand products online and in store, we have everything from headsets and data cabinets to cables and sockets. With great brands like Coms in a Box, Plantronics, Jabra and more, all of our products are excellent quality at even better prices. We always offer customised products and packages — no two are alike.
At Telrex, we get that every business is different and need a customised phone system solution. In order to provide the best system for each situation, we have partnerships with the most popular phone system brands such as New NEC and Refurbished NEC and LG Ericsson. We can assist you in finding the right system, whether it be new or second hand and have a strong emphasis on after sale service and care.
By recycling telephones we are also able to keep our environmental focus while supplying our customers with a wide range of bands and products. We believe that second hand doesn’t mean second rate, so all of our work has a minimum of a 90 day warranty so that our customer’s satisfaction is guaranteed.
Our relationship with our suppliers and customers is second to none. We are one of the top authorised Plantronics dealers within Australia and have a wide range of headsets available to suits every office environment and personal preference.
