Nel nostro stabilimento a Portopalo di Capo Passero (Siracusa), trasformiamo direttamente il tonno rosso e il pesce azzurro, con la stessa cura e attenzione che mettiamo nella pesca. Ogni fase del nostro processo produttivo è pensata per preservare il sapore, il profumo, la consistenza e i valori nutrizionali del nostro pesce, mantenendo così intatta la qualità che contraddistingue le nostre conserve. Inoltre, per garantirne la tracciabilità, ogni nostro barattolo riporta il numero BCD (Bluefin tuna Catch Document), che racconta la storia del tonno e certifica la sua provenienza e il rispetto delle normative internazionali.
Testa Conserve is the story of a family of fishermen sailing Sicilian seas for over 200 years, hunting bluefin tuna and premium blue fish to create authentic Mediterranean specialties. Our roots are in Ognina, the ancient port of Ulysses, now the heart of a company driven by passion, dedication, and perseverance. Testa Conserve combines tradition with innovation, respecting the environment and promoting sustainability. In our Portopalo di Capo Passero (Syracuse) facility, we carefully process the fish to preserve flavor, aroma, texture, and nutrients. Each jar features a BCD (Bluefin tuna Catch Document) number, ensuring traceability and compliance with international standards, telling the story behind every catch.
