Since early-2015, as sole proprietor of TesterStories, I have been doing a series of engagements, speaking and on-site, focused around the theory and practice of modern testing.

This means bringing development practices into testing, as opposed to just bringing testing practices into development. That distinction can make all the difference! This helps teams refocus their efforts around the various "continuous" concepts (integration, delivery, and deploy) as well as deal more effectively with emerging architectures, like microservices and API-centric infrastructures.
