Wij zijn twee vrije vogels met een passie voor verandering en organisaties. Onze overtuiging is dat leiderschap en effectief teamwork vraagt om meer dan cognitief weten. Het vraagt om kennis en vaardigheden over wie je bent, hoe je gevoelswereld werkt, hoe je je in interactie verhoudt tot de ander en zijn/haar gevoelens.
Onze visie? Dit kun je het beste leren door te doen en ervaren. Daarom bieden wij op maat gemaakte lichaams- en ervaringsgerichte ontwikkeltrajecten. We nodigen mensen in organisaties uit op de Dojo om te bouwen aan teamwork en cultuur.
Hiervoor zetten we interactieve sessies die aansluiten binnen jouw context. Voorbeelden zijn: vechtkunsten, clownerie, dans, theater, wandelcoaching en outdoorreizen.
