The journey of “THE CRUST” started with Shri Kishan Chand Sangtani who was 12 yrs. old (now 68) who started making bakery items in a single room setup. Soon he was doing well and the items were later delivered on cycle by his 3 sons across town. Later his son Harish Sangtani gave wings to his father’s vision and created the biggest chain of bakery in Jaipur. Continuing, Payal Sangtani joined her husband family business. With her expertise and love for food crust grew, updated its menu and product line and now we have a range of more than 3500 food, snacks and bakery items.

The Crust is coming up with a new with 50,000 sq. ft. project in Jaipur. European Style with latest technology housed in a five storey buildings it will have a bakery museum, research facility, lounge, carting Setup and more open hygienic environment for its employees.
During this whole journey only one thing kept us going strong was our staff, customers, without whom we could never achieved greatness.
Our mission is to expand our business on Pan India level. The Crust is having in total of 10 stores in Jaipur and 1 store in Sikar right now. And we are coming with our branches at Udaipur, Jodhpur, Indore and soon we will be at Dubai too.
All our products are 100% veg (eggless), made in butter and with less preservatives and yeast. We have a whole new range of Artisan Breads like Ciabatta, Bagel, Mediterranean Bread, French Baguette, Italian focaccia (1st time in Jaipur). We provide world class catering with wide range of world cuisine menu items and bakery items customized as per client requirement
