Established in 2009, The Gastro Card is the only dining loyalty scheme that has a policy of supporting local communities in Birmingham and the West Midlands.To become a Gastro Card Partner Restaurant is free and we encourage our restaurants to notify us of special events and news to pass on to our members. Eat out for less with the Gastro Card - Eating out is one of life’s greatest pleasures – whether it is with family and friends or business colleagues and prospective clients. We here at The Gastro Card love our food and dining out and we are passionate about protecting our partner restaurants especially in this economic climate. When we came up with the idea for The Gastro Card, our main priority was that you, the ‘diner’ could save money when eating out which in turn helps our restaurants to prosper. It really is as simple as that! Becoming a Gastro Card member only costs £30 per year and as our Gastro Card Partner Restaurants make exclusive offers to our members, you are likely to cover this initial cost at your first visit to a Gastro Card Partner Restaurant. Each restaurant has its own unique offer to our members, ranging from a free bottle of wine to 50% off your bill. • The Gastro Card is primarily Midlands-oriented; we pride ourselves that our Partners are hand-selected by our members, who recommend them because they represent good value and because our restaurants use fresh, locally-sourced ingredients which are cooked to a high-standard. • The Gastro Card does NOT dictate the offer each restaurant makes– a restaurant can choose its own offer to suit its own circumstances. • Since The Gastro Card is on line, restaurants can change their offer at any time by email. • The Gastro Card has an extensive programme of marketing activities to support its Partner Restaurants and offers a much more personal service to them.
