The Growth Path Education
The Growth Path Education program grew from the success of the last 20 years working with corporate professionals in the Chicagoland area. Even though there are a number of differences between the corporate world and education, the characteristics of a great leader remain the same.
We serve school districts by creating professional opportunities for leaders to focus on their emotional agility, effective communication, constructive engagement, and provide strategies to not only support their own mental well-being but also develop the capacity to support the needs of their staff.
We tailor our programming based on conversations with leaders and the team along with individual assessments administered prior to our work together. The information we gather provides a strong foundation to the choices we make in building skills, increasing emotional intelligence, and fostering a team that leans into each other.
