My name is Michael Jessen and I'm the company founder of The Jessen Group. I have over 40 years of combined experience in construction and business operations. I've been an entrepreneur (starting 3 successful businesses through the years); I've also worked as an employee in many different roles at both large and small companies. The totality of my background and experience has given me a unique and diverse perspective on running a successful business; my viewpoint and beliefs rest soundly on the foundation that "simple" is best. I've learned, and adopted certain characteristics that drive my consulting philosophy, opinions and recommendations. Simply put, I strongly believe in "The theory of constraints". which is finding and fixing process related "bottlenecks" that very likely are affecting efficiency and productivity. My efforts and goals in your behalf will be driven toward the elimination of company and management bottlenecks, whether in the office, out in the field, or in the day to day management of your construction projects. I'm a passionate and determined person; my goal every day is to work diligently at becoming a trusted partner with my clients.
