Investors: Working with investors is a big part of our overall business and we get great satisfaction in finding deals to fit investor client needs - whether building buy/hold portfolios or rehabbing properties to sell.
Developers: We have experience in assisting developers in “start to finish” on-site sales, and contract to close services needed to ultimately deliver the units to buyers. These services include project websites, lead generation, on-site showings, writing contracts, facilitating communication with Escrow teams, working with buyers agents, scheduling walkthroughs, working directly with GC on design finish selections and even staging model homes.
