The Mirrored Room is a psychotherapy practice started by two therapists- Vatsala Chandel and Farah Maneckshaw. who are hoping to co-create spaces for reflection with our clients. Starting therapy is often intimidating and overwhelming - we’ll do our best to center your unique needs throughout the process.
Although we are Queer Affirmative, Neuro-divergent Affirmative, Sex Positive and Trauma Informed, people come into sessions with several other identities and intersections that it’s important to be mindful of.
We believe that we are works in progress as therapists and there is no definitive point at which our learning and growth is complete. This means we show up for our sessions from a stance of curiosity and emphasize feedback from our clients in our conversations.
