The Collaborative Rollup model practiced by the partners was developed over many years of M&A.
Itโs designed with just one goal in mind: to allow the owners of stable and well-managed SMEs to retain complete independence in their business at the same time as working with partners to achieve a dramatically increased valuation as part of an ultimate exit.
This model is appropriate for businesses currently achieving between ยฃ200k- ยฃ850k in net profits before tax. Larger businesses can certainly benefit, depending on timelines and the personal goals of the shareholders. At present, the partners are exclusively focussed on activity in the recruitment and FM (hard & soft) sectors.
Please reach out to Tom@omniapartnership.co.uk to understand your potential exit, but to give indicative valuation you can expect to exit at between 5 and 9x earnings as a partner in an Omnia Collaborative Rollup. This compares very favourably with the typical SME exit at circa 2.5 - 3x earnings.
