The Self-Care Doc is a counseling and consulting practice that supports individuals and institutions strive toward mental and emotional wellness. Here is how I can help you: 🧠 Mental health presentations: I offer workshops, keynotes, and seminars on a variety of mental health topics including student wellness, stress management, self-care, trauma interventions and recovery, crisis intervention, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. 📋 Assessment and implementation: I help higher education institutions establish comprehensive mental health services for students. I do this by assessing current services and programs and partnering with the institution to develop new policies, services, and programs. Lastly, I oversee the execution and implementation of new mental health initiatives. 🍃 Staff Wellness Retreats: I offer group retreats for staff at higher education institutions where I provide education around self-care and total wellness. Each attendee walks away with a personalized self-care plan. 💞 Group Coaching: The Freedom Collective is a six-week group coaching program for Black women. This is a transformative community that Black women deserve and need. It is a safe and healing space, where women can create new ways to thrive and manifest the completely free and fulfilled lives of their dreams. Are you ready to get started?
