SOAR (Stretch Out and Rise) is based on the challenges and obstacles I faced while living in the deep South (Marion, South Carolina) encountering prejudice and racism, being a teen having to discover survival skills in public housing, and as an adult working in the rural and urban parts of South Africa.
SOAR is about doing what's required to improve YOUR lifestyle. It's about maximizing your capabilities and taking the required action to transition your dream, mission, or goals into reality. SOAR teaches the art of stretching beyond what you're doing in order to move forward in pursuing a safe, healthy, productive, and successful lifestyle on your own terms.
