We have over 50 years of combined experience in owning and
operating apartment communities. We specialize in renovation style
construction, property management, and operating at peak efficiency.
We take pride in our ability to recognize a great asset, formulate a
sound business plan and execute the plan to exceed expectations.
Our value is displayed through our team oriented approach,
monitoring key performance indicators, and leveraging our experience
with multiple assets. We have local ties to the communities all our
properties reside in. Our elite team brings the ability to be onsite
regularly to oversee the project first hand, executing a sound plan in
all environments.

The Stream Group is based in Central Ohio with unmatched
connections to the market. Our reach not only encompasses
Columbus's surrounding metro areas, like Dayton, Zanesville and
Mansfield. We also have diversified commercial properties in Idaho,
Illinois and Utah. These holdings place our current portfolio value at
over $150M worth of assets under management.
We have completed full cycle on multiple commercial properties over
the last 20 years, even during the pandemic. When the CARES Act
was initiated, The Stream Group still managed cash flow and
continued to maintain their assets, while increasing their portfolio at
the same time. We are the first to have the unique opportunity in
Central Ohio to be part of the National Buyers Group with Lowes,
greatly reducing material costs.
