The FLAG, First Law Asia Group, was founded by Mr. Phan Sin and Mr. Phan Chhiengleng, attorney-at-law and member of the Bar Association of Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC). It is registered with BAKC. We, as well, have tremendous experience in contract drafting and negotiation for both local & international clients. In addition, we work as legal representatives for companies, enterprises and various industries. The FLAG is the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) law office in Cambodia. In part, The FLAG got a team of Free Legal Advice Group to provide free legal consultation and assistance to vulnerable persons which is a part to help Cambodia society in equitably access to justice for all.
