The Impact Co is a nonprofit organization committed to restoring dignity, rebuilding lives, and reigniting purpose. Our flagship initiative, The Uplift Project, is a 12-week transformation cohort for individuals facing homelessness, recovery, or life transitions. Participants engage in daily workouts, leadership development, spiritual reflection, job training, and personal growth, all inside a community rooted in trust and accountability. We don’t believe in handouts. We believe in activation, in equipping people to lead uncommon lives from the inside out. What makes us different is our foundation: identity-first leadership. We help people reclaim who they are, build the skills to move forward, and gain the confidence to lead in their families and communities. Our approach is holistic: physical, emotional, spiritual, and vocational, because real change isn’t one-dimensional. We partner with local shelters, gyms, churches, and employers to surround every participant with the support and opportunities they need to thrive. And we stay involved long after graduation, providing coaching, community, and leadership pathways. Founded by Chris Malleo — entrepreneur, speaker, author of The ChairLeader, Northwestern Football Alum and Harvard Business School ALD student — The Impact Co is based in Jacksonville, FL with a vision to scale nationwide.
