The Mindfulness Foundation was created by Dayna Heller and Jennifer Monness and has begun serving the community of Central Florida as of January 2023. Dayna lives locally and is a certified Yoga, Pilates and Mindfulness instructor and also a court appointed advocate for children in foster care. Over the course of many years practicing mindfulness, Dayna has experienced first-hand the powerful impact the practice can have on building inner resilience to navigate physical, mental, and emotional stress. For the past six years, she has been advocating on behalf of children in the dependency court system and noticed a great need to bring the field of wellness and mindfulness to the under served populations facing adversity in her community.
