Integral to these workshops is an understanding of customer values, needs, and wants. A deep, whole appreciation of the customer is the first step to understanding what must be done to exceed their expectations and give them an experience that results in them becoming brand ambassadors, not just loyal customers.
To further support these workshops and ensure that companies achieve the maximum benefit, we can work together on necessary plans for dissemination of information throughout the company, the creation and implementation of any change plans, and change management coaching for those responsible for managing, or whose roles are being impacted by, the change.
