The Rethink Project also offers mentoring and supervision for new coaches, so you can harness all of the energy from your training and pour it into creating your own offering with excitement and confidence. Just like any qualification in life, our training preps us to pass, but what comes next is often what builds the uniqueness we’ll bring to our work. Developing your coaching personality and considering your methods and frameworks can allow you to build a coaching career that’s authentically you.
Claire is the lead coach and offers ICF mentoring to new coaches who want to achieve their ACC or PCC credential and provide ethical, considered coaching to their own clients.
