Established in 2006, Thermal Insulation Covers specialise in the manufacture of removable flexible pipe joint covers and jackets to improve energy efficiency, in turn reducing energy costs. Correct insulation of pipework also protects personnel from harm caused by high temperatures improving safety.

As an ISO9001:2015 accredited company we adopt a quality-driven approach, utilising the best quality materials, to manufacture a thermal cover to the highest standard that is strong and durable yet easy to remove and refit for pipe and valve maintenance.
In addition to standard insulation covers we manufacture bespoke solutions to fit a wide range of commercial products including whole pipe sections, pressure vessels and heat exchanges. Depending on the application the insulation material and thickness, fabric material, attachment type and colour can be tailored to meet customer requirements.
