Theroux Law was founded in 2020 by Tim Theroux, a corporate lawyer with more than 17 years’ experience advising investors, financial institutions, and entrepreneurs around the world. Prior to starting Theroux Law, Tim worked for leading international law firms in New York, London, and Moscow.
Theroux Law provides innovative and strategic guidance to clients doing business in Eastern Europe and the countries of the former Soviet Union.
