The Behavioral Health Alliance of Rural Pennsylvania (BHARP) is a Pennsylvania Non-Profit Corporation that contracts with the PA Department of Human Services to provide the behavioral health-focused, HealthChoices program for Medicaid recipients (members) in the twenty-four counties we serve in Pennsylvania. BHARP subcontracts with Community Care Behavioral Health (CCBH), who in turn provides the coverage for our members.

We also ensure that all care received by our members follows both state and federal guidelines, and is of the highest possible quality. Our organization offers resources and support for providers within our coverage area to assist them in helping members reach their full potential for both treatment and recovery.
