The Subconsultant Network (TSN) is a search tool and database designed to more easily connect consultants to one another. Founded by two professionals who have spent the last 16 years leading proposals for small, mid, and large firms, we understand both the struggle that small and mid-size firms often have in trying to secure their place on a team, as well as the difficulty that mid and large firms have in locating specialty and/or certified firms. By doing so, consultants can reach and exceed specific certification goals or connect with specialty firms to fulfill proposal and project requirements.
There is an ever increasing number of agencies who hold very specific certified-firm set-aside requirements or that require specialty experience in order to bid on contracts. We recognize that having to find a helipad operator or a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) PFAS consultant, for example, can be nearly impossible. TSN allows you to quickly, yet thoroughly, find these teaming partners through our highly detailed search parameters. Regardless of what your contracting needs are, TSN is designed to help you meet them.
TSN also recognizes that one of the more time consuming and painful aspects of the teaming process is the data call or request for information. Not only does TSN aid in finding the best partners, but it also provides access to current, commonly required documents including, but not limited to: certifications, license information, resumes, project descriptions, and firm profiles.
