WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT: We have over 24 years’ experience teaching advanced level Microsoft Office application courses to professionals in Silicon Valley. We have developed a system that helps adults learn highly complex computer concepts in plain easy-to-understand English. We have learned that listening is the most important thing that a trainer/consultant can do to help the end user become more productive. Finally, in addition to English, we also speak “geek”, and can therefore bridge the gap between end users' needs and IT's requirements.
HOW IT WORKS: We start with a free one-hour consultation about your needs. This can be over the phone, or virtually face-to-face using screen sharing technologies. We will discuss your business goals and challenges and together determine the best training and/or consulting project that will meet your needs.
