The Therapy Group employs a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic approach working to foster a strong relationship with each of our clients. As systemically trained therapists, we are able to effectively assess the circular nature of interactions and look at each individual as part of a larger system — whether that be a family, school, workplace or community.
We recognize that many of life’s challenges result from interactions with others, and in order to resolve these conflicts, it’s important for us to fully understand the role we play within it. Because of that, our therapists help clients look inward to better assess and understand the interaction and then work to develop solutions for moving forward.
