THINK was founded by Rania Abu Rabia, MCC in 2013. We are home to best-in-class development solutions for leaders, teams, coaches & facilitators. Our interventions synthesize a signature blend of business psychology, positive psychology, organizational systems thinking, progressive leadership, team dynamics, neuroscience and personal character development, with the art and practices of deep coaching.

For coaches and facilitators, we offer ICF-accredited Level 2 and Level 3 coaching programs (Positive Psychology Coaching, Team Coaching, Facilitation and Group Coaching, Deep Masterful Coaching). We also offer ICF mentor coaching for ICF PCC & MCC accreditations and accreditation renewals.
For women and individuals seeking to develop their leadership and self-awareness, we occasionally offer a selective array of open enrollment programs such as Dare to Lead courageous leadership workshops, leader learning bytes, and Wellness Retreats.
