Thinking Differently with LEGO® Serious Play® Thinking Differently is our dedicated LEGO® Serious Play® service, delivered through Resolution Ready. We use this structured, hands-on method to help professionals, teams and young people explore complex issues, reflect honestly and move forward with clarity. LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) is based on the original LEGO® Group model and supported by extensive academic research in learning, psychology, and organisational development. The approach uses bricks as a thinking and communication tool, helping people share ideas, test assumptions, and make sense of difficult topics through structured builds and storytelling. Every participant builds. Every voice is heard. All sessions are designed and facilitated by James Anderson, a certified LSP facilitator with extensive experience in participation, complaints, and service improvement across children’s services and the wider public sector. We offer three core options and every session is adaptable: Let’s Build Something – A 2 or 4-hour introduction for individuals or small teams. Experience key LSP activities, receive our digital starter guide, and get practical advice on creating your own kit. Build Your Thinking – A full-day training session for facilitators, trainers, and team leads who want to use LSP in their own work. Includes practical tools, printed resources, and a LEGO® Window Exploration Bag to take away. Build Together – Fully facilitated sessions tailored to your organisation’s needs. We bring the structure, materials and expertise—so you can focus on the conversations that matter. No prior experience is needed, and we provide all resources. Optional take-home kits are available in three versions to suit different settings.
